NEW Configuring the Microsoft SharePoint source options

The Microsoft SharePoint source options specify the SharePoint site and library from which to publish documents to a destination system. The publishing tools inside SharePoint must also first be configured by a system administrator.

Note

The account under which the publishing job executes must have access to the SharePoint web services. Your account must have the Contributor role (or higher if Contributor access is restricted) in SharePoint to configure the following options.
If the SharePoint library Require Check Out options is enabled and a feedback property is configured, updates of the feedback property will fail. Also, if the Document Version History option is enabled, publishing documents will create new revisions of the source documents.

To configure the Microsoft SharePoint source options in Publisher:

In BlueCielo Application Manager, expand the name of the publishing job in the configuration tree that you want to configure.
Select the Configuration branch in the configuration tree. The job's configuration pages appear in the right pane.
Click the Source tab. The Source configuration page appears.
From the Type list, select Microsoft SharePoint. The Microsoft SharePoint options appear.
Click options or type values using the descriptions in the following table.

Option	Description
Site address	Type the URL of the source Microsoft SharePoint site and click Go to populate the Library list with the names of document libraries found at the site.
User credentials group
NEW User name	User name with access to the SharePoint site if it should be other than the account under which BlueCielo Application Manager or Dex.exe is run.
NEW Password	Password for the account specified for User name.
Document library group
Library	Select the document library that contains the documents that you want publish.
Timeout	The number of seconds to wait for connection to the library before the publishing job is stopped.
Document name group
NEW Use source document name	Keeps the original name from the source vault.
NEW Use property value from source document	Applies the value of the selected property as the document name.
Document location group
NEW Use source document path	Reproduces the folder structure of the original location in the destination system.
NEW Use property value from source document	Applies the value of the selected property as the parent folder name in the destination system.
NEW Publish to single folder	Publishes all documents from the source system to a single folder in the destination system.

Click Save to save your changes.
