The Microsoft SharePoint source options specify the SharePoint site and library from which to publish documents to a destination system. The publishing tools inside SharePoint must also first be configured by a system administrator.
Note
To configure the Microsoft SharePoint source options in Publisher:

Site address |
Type the URL of the source Microsoft SharePoint site and click Go to populate the Library list with the names of document libraries found at the site. |
User credentials group | |

User name |
User name with access to the SharePoint site if it should be other than the account under which BlueCielo Application Manager or Dex.exe is run. |

Password |
Password for the account specified for User name. |
Document library group | |
Library |
Select the document library that contains the documents that you want publish. |
Timeout |
The number of seconds to wait for connection to the library before the publishing job is stopped. |
Document name group |

Use source document name |
Keeps the original name from the source vault. |

Use property value from source document |
Applies the value of the selected property as the document name. |
Document location group |

Use source document path |
Reproduces the folder structure of the original location in the destination system. |

Use property value from source document |
Applies the value of the selected property as the parent folder name in the destination system. |

Publish to single folder |
Publishes all documents from the source system to a single folder in the destination system. |
